The ISL Online (isl.gov.si) system is used for efficient technical support to remote users, remote access to unattended computers and web conferencing in the HKOM network. A cluster of ISL servers in the HKOM network guarantees smooth operation of the system. The servers have been installed proprietary software of the Slovenian software producing company XLAB d.o.o.. ISL Online software can be used on all major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), mobile phones and tablets (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android devices). 

Being aware of how important security is for everyone involved in remote computer access, ISL Online not only guarantees maximum remote access security with top industry-standard security technologies but also assures it from the users' perspective. AES 256-Bit SSL tunnel is established between two connected computers encrypting all information exchanged between the local and the remote computer end-to-end.
